About the winemaker
“In the Blaufänkisch grape one recognizes the hand of the master. This grape is a real diva in the vineyards: It buds very early in the year, but then ripens very late. As a farmer, you will therefore have to spend quite a bit of time in the vineyards; need to do a lot of pruning and a lot of prayers to stay free from diseases. In addition, it naturally has quite high acidity and firm tannins, which is a notoriously difficult balance for vintners to get just right.”

Mooie wijn. Licht van kleur maar sterk van smaak
Een heerlijk sappige wijn met krokant rood fruit, frisse mineralen en verse citrus. Lekker in balans, ideaal voor elke zomerse gelegenheid. Een echte aanrader voor de zonnige dagen!
