About the winemaker
"My father taught me that when making wine, you must rely on your senses and nature. That's why I harvest and select the grapes by hand. Additionally, as one of the few winemakers in Castilla la Mancha, I work organically. I am the fourth generation of winemakers in our family, and I hope to pass on the knowledge and expertise we have gathered to my son."
