This region is known for its terraced vineyards, located on the slopes of the stately Larzac massif. The terroir is rich and diverse with both pebbly and calcareous soils and a Mediterranean climate. In recent years, a new generation of winemakers has emerged who make wines full of elegance and fruit. Thanks to their efforts, it is now perhaps one of the most exciting wine regions in France.
