"The interesting thing about wine, to me, is that it’s such an incredibly versatile product. There are hundreds of types of wine grapes, and on top of that, a winemaker has countless options in the winemaking process to give the wine its own unique character. This makes every glass, every sip of wine a new discovery, and I am often surprised by what I smell and taste. What I enjoy most about working in the store is sharing these kinds of experiences with customers, tasting together, and helping them discover what suits their palate."
