“Domaine Giroux has been in our family for almost three centuries. In 2009 I succeeded my father and took over the management of our domain. Since then I have made a number of changes: we now work completely organically and with as few additives as possible to the wine. Harvesting is also done by hand. The past few years have taught me one important thing; respect for the environment and manual farming guarantee balanced wines.”

Heerlijke volle romige wijn, maar nog redelijk fris. Met een vleugje brioche.
Zoals zo vaak andermaal nogal teleurgesteld in witte bourgogne, van dat romige merk ik weinig, zuren overheersen en weinig diepgang of mineraliteit. Bourgogne is ook hier weer een overschatte en overprijsde wijn.
