“Making champagne is a team effort. There are so many different cogs you can turn. We do that together, together with the family. That's why it's nice to blow off steam sometimes. I often do that together with my son in our rehearsal room. He plays the guitar and I play the drums. Luckily the neighbors live far away from us.”
