About the winemaker
"We only use natural products that help the defences of our fiano grapes - such as algae, propolis (beeswax) and sage. For example, we let the weeds grow between the tendrils as much as possible because they attract the desired insects. l'Amore delle Api literally means 'the love of bees', which can swirl through the vineyards undisturbed to their hearts' content."
