“I own Ferry Lacombe together with my brother and father. It is a winery in the South of France and we can call ourselves experts in making rosé, as 90% of our vineyards are built for this. In addition to my time spent in the vineyard, I also like to spend time in the kitchen with my father. We love fresh products and luckily we can get it from the locals in the village. One of my signature dishes is ratatouille, and if you scan the QR code on the bottle you will see exactly what I do it for!”
