About the winemaker

“You can find our winery in Castellana Grotte, a village famous for a labyrinth of underground caves. Over millions of years, sea and rainwater have carved out these beautiful tunnels in the limestone. So, it's a unique underground environment. When you emerge from the Castellana caves, you absolutely must taste our Primitivo. Besides its richness and concentration, it also carries a touch of chalk minerals.”
