About the winemaker
"As a proud Sicilian, I'm eager to show how delicious my island is. For this project, I selected a few vineyards that are characteristic. They are situated at an altitude between 350-450 meters, and they benefit from a fresh sea breeze. Additionally, I age the wine in barrels made from local acacia wood. By adding minimal sulfites, more life remains in the wine. This way, you can taste the island in its purest form."

Heerlijk frisse oranjewijn met aardse ondertonen

Gave oranje wijn!
Heerlijke zomerwijn! Is oranje wijn maar niet zuur, wrang of bitter exht een mooi alternatief voor rosé bijvoorbeeld. Deze komt van Sicilië, doet me aan mijn vakantie denken.
Zeer interessante wijn, omdat hij anders is dan de anderen. Maar een explosie van smaken: sinaasappel, licht ziltig (zeegeur), fruitig, kruidig en vurig met een lekker zuurtje zoals ze dat zeggen. Een (Biologische) wijn, Come Si Deve. Een koningin van de Siciliaanse zomer onder de wijnen. Een groot compliment aan de producent! Vino molto interessante, perché diverso dagli altri. Ma un'esplosione di gusti: arancia, leggermente salata (profumo di mare), fruttata, speziata e focosa con una bella acidità, come si dice. Un vino (Biologico) Come Si Deve. Una regina dell'estate Siciliana tra i vini. Complimenti al produttore!
