Wijnmaakster Marinda heeft de klassieke witte Bordeauxblend meegenomen naar het Zuid-Afrikaanse Elgin. Deze wijn is namelijk een perfecte blend van sauvignon blanc én sémillon. De woeste aroma’s van de sauvignon blanc van kruisbes, groene asperges en gemaaid gras worden verzacht door die van de zwoele en rijpe sémillon. Zo ontstaat een frisse, maar toch volle en rijke wijn van wit fruit, grapefruit, nectarine en venkel.
