“The Nit del Foc takes place during the annual Fallas festival. Tuesday is a big party here in Valencia, which everyone looks forward to. Especially for this festival, each district makes large statues that are burned at the end. This tradition is now also on the UNESCO list. When I was looking for a name for my Cava I didn't have to think long; the bubbles in the wine are just as festive as our annual fireworks”

It is ok, a bit kind of acid. I did not love it, but very cold is still refreshing and great taste. I like a bit sweeter.
