About the winemaker

Our ancestors were already farmers, they bought the land directly from the Venetian state. But in the 70s my father had enough of mixed farming. Instead he wanted to focus on making the best wines. Especially to achieve that goal he switched to organic viticulture as one of the very first wineries in Italy.

Veneto, Italy
Veneto is located in the northeast of Italy. What makes the area so beautiful is the great variety of wines that you will find here. For example, Veneto is home to the red Valpolicella and Amarone wines. In addition, as a wine lover you can also indulge yourself with the white Soave and Lugana wines. But the most famous of all are the prosecco bubbles. Case Paolin is located in the village of Volpago del Montello, near Conegliano-Valdobbiadene. This is the origin of quality Prosecco. The unique microclimate gives winemakers here the opportunity to make truly gastronomic wines, which are far removed from the average prosecco.
