About the winemaker
“My father taught me that when making wine, you have to trust your senses and nature. That’s why I harvest and select the grapes by hand. I also work organically, as one of the few winemakers in Castilla la Mancha. I am the fourth generation winemaker in our family and hope to pass on the knowledge and skills we have acquired to my son.”
