"In 1999, I bought an estate that had been abandoned for more than 30 years. Yet, I instantly fell in love! The winery is situated on a hill surrounded by forests. Dit is een hele mooie Sangiovese, met die typische combinatie van eigenlijk een zekere lichtheid (ook in kleur) maar toch heel veel passie, diepgang, scherpte zelfs. Onmisbaar bij een mooie lasagne of Ossobucco!
Top! Inmiddels vijf jaar leeftijd op deze sangiovese uit Montecucco, verzacht de tannines tot een fijne structuur, zuren mild aanwezig, erg elegant.
